Get faster, feel better, and train with purpose — backed by WorldTour experience and the latest sport science.
I offer evidence-based coaching with a holistic approach to performance, prioritising athlete well-being and goal-orientated training.
My coaching philosophy is centered around enhancing athlete enjoyment of the sport. It’s impossible to get the most from yourself if there isn’t an intrinsic love for what you are doing. If I can help you enjoy the sport of cycling more – I’m confident you’re already well on the way to seeing better numbers and race results.

Secondary to this, I’m experienced in helping athletes target specific goals. These range from Olympics and UCI World Championships, to club criteriums to local Strava K/QOMs. The most rewarding goals to accomplish will always be the ones you set for yourself.
With 20 years of racing experience from junior club level to the World Tour I have relatable knowledge that can be applied to assist athletes at any level of the sport. This is combined with a Bachelor of Science (Physiology Major) and continued passion for monitoring the latest research in the world of sport science.
